The Swift County HRA manages and maintains townhomes and single family homes in the communities of Appleton, Benson and Murdock. 

  •  Lawn Care & Snow Removal Included in Lease (only applies to our townhomes in Appleton, Benson and Murdock).
  •  Laundry Hook-Up in Each Property (only applies to our townhomes in Appleton, Benson and Murdock).
  •  First Month Rent & Security Deposit Required.
  •  Small Pets May Be Allowed with Prior Approval & Fee.

 

Property descriptions for our townhomes in Appleton and Benson are: 3 or 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 or 1 bathroom,  3 or 2 stall garage. 

Property descriptions for our townhomes in Murdock are: 2 or 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 or 1 bathroom,  1 stall garage.
